Drive system
The belt turning conveyor does not use tapered rollers to drive the conveyor belt, but is driven by a special drive chain at the outer edge of the belt. The outer edge of the belt is machined with a series of holes by a precision CNC belt cutter, and special copper corns (hollow copper rivets) are riveted in the holes. The drive chain is connected with a series of precisely machined holes on the outer edge of the belt by a special connection mode.

Assembly:

All-carbon steel welded structure. The frame assembly is welded by 3mm carbon steel plate.

Chain cover:
Install carbon steel welded components with clamping slots for quick disassembly.
The frame height  is 216mm.
The width of conveying surface exceeds 1m and is 305mm.
The outer radius of the bay exceeds 2200mm is 305mm.

Note: The height of the fuselage can be customized to meet customer requirements.
